Rob Davis, Senior Pastor
Rob Davis is the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Church in Hopkinton. He and his wife Liz have two children, Nathan and Megan. Rob and Liz traveled together extensively before settling in the Metrowest area. Rob was the V.P. of Finance and Operations for a water treatment company in Watertown for many years prior to being called into ministry. Rob is passionate about Jesus and bringing people to Christ. Some of Rob’s other interests include tennis, surfing, snow boarding, and outdoor adventures. 

Sean Bowen, Associate Pastor
Sean Bowen is our Associate Pastor and is involved with many aspects of church life including worship ministry, leadership development, teaching, facilitating small groups, and building management.  Prior to coming on Staff at VCH, Sean was a senior leader in a large computer company. Sean and his wife Cynthia have been a part of the Vineyard Church in Hopkinton since its inception. Sean and Cynthia have two daughters, Elizabeth and Rebecca.

Silvia Fomin, Women's Ministry Leader
Silvia Fomin leads the Women’s Ministry at the Vineyard Church in Hopkinton. She and her husband Flavio have two daughters, Ana Carolina and Esther. They are originally from Brazil and have been living in Massachusetts (and loving it!) for 6 years. After working as a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist for 14 years, Silvia had an unexpected, radical change of direction when God called her to preach on July of 2004. Silvia loves to teach the Bible in a way that helps people connect with God and experience    His love and His power that changes us from the inside. She loves to be around family and friends, to read, to play the keyboard, and to explore the beautiful outdoors of New England.  

John Lynch, Church Treasurer
John Lynch is a member of the Sr. Leadership team and our Church Treasurer. In his professional capacity, John is the treasurer for a multi-national company. John is involved in youth ministry, missions, and ministry training for our church. John and his wife Andrea are both gifted in the prophetic, and in the 'early days” traveled with Vineyard founder, John Wimber as part of the ministry team. John and Andrea along with their daughter Allison and son Ryan live in the nearby town of Holliston.
