There are many ways to serve our community and beyond!

Serve

Part of the joy of following Jesus is getting to do what he did: to love and serve the community. We were created to reflect God’s love.

So whether you have a passion for feeding the hungry, training children, encouraging prisoners, playing music, or overseas missions – there’s a part for you to play in God’s mission. No one is meant to sit on the bench; everybody has an important role on God’s team. And it’s a lot of fun to serve together!

Community fun: You’ll see us out and about at many of the town events, or hosting our own fun events for the community in Hopkinton or Milford. Every year we have a booth at the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the Sharon Timlin Memorial 5K Race. Come by, say “hello” and help out. Check out the events page for the latest!

Women’s Prison Ministry: Faith Seeds is a 501 (c) (3) non profit public charity which operates out of the Vineyard Church of Hopkinton. We offer discipleship seminars and correspondence Bible Studies to incarcerated women across the United States as well as internationally to encourage women preparing for re-entry upon their release.

Holiday Giving: Every November you can join us to decorate baskets brimming with all the trimmings for the Thanksgiving table, along with a turkey, and deliver them to homes of local families in need. We also support Project Just Because, help families in need with Christmas gifts, and run other drives throughout the year.

Love Unconditional (Partnership for Dominican Republic): With our sister church, Iglesia La Vina, we help serve the needs of the community in Montellano, Dominican Republic. Teams from Vineyard Church of Hopkinton travel there regularly. Visit LoveUnconditionalmission.org for information about year-round programs to assist orphans, widows and the very vulnerable in the Dominican Republic.

Partnership for Spain: We partner with other Vineyard Churches in Massachusetts to support church planting across the country of Spain.  Our lead Pastor, Rob Davis and his wife Liz, travel annually to connect and minister at conferences and events.  They also bring teams to pray and reach out in the communities where they travel.

There are lots of ways to get involved in serving within the church family

  • Musicians and singers

There’s a place for you to get involved and make a difference. If you are curious about discovering how God might be gifting you, come to a Vineyard 201 class, where you can explore your giftings further.
